It looks like they are trying to spice up the minecraft world.  I have made an effort to get all of the minecraft figures and animals, but it is pretty difficult to do and pretty much requires buying all of the sets.   You can see the full video here.

Not, they have added 8 new and unique minecraft minifigures that will be released on September 1st 2016.
