How does affiliate marketing work?

When you make a purchase or carry out some other action as direct result of clicking on a link at minifigpriceguide.com, minifigpriceguide.com may receive a small commission.

As an example, when you click on a link on one of my posts to Amazon.com or Ebay.com and purchase an item, minifigpriceguide.com receives a small commission. In fact, minifigpriceguide.com will receive one whether you buy the item or something else entirely.

The level of commission varies by the merchant but generally it is a few percentages of the price of the item purchased.

My  Ethics

I post interesting items that I find that I am interested in or that I think that my readers may be interested in. The links in these articles are sometimes affiliate links.

I give honest opinions about items that I look at, but mostly I just find items that I think are interesting.  In general, I do not say negative comments about Lego or sites.  I usually just do not post items that I do not like.  However, I do not like to dog on Lego because it is my favorite Hobby.  Plenty of other sites on the web give nice reviews of sets.

By posting these items, I am not suggesting that you purchase them, I am just showing items that I think are interesting or that I think you may be interested in.
