If you play around on the selfie batman site, this Lego Speedo Batman figure eventually shows up and I wonder if this is one that we will be seeing in one of the sets?

Its possible. However I’ve counted 17 variations in the movie that don’t appear in any of the set details or the CMF. So this is probably just another.
