I just found this over on eBay here.  I did a little research and it appears that this was released last year from SPACELAB.COM and it appears to include a custom Lego SPACELAB9 Exclusive minifigure as well.

Here is the description from the SPACELAB9 facebook page.  It looks like two different versions exist.    An Emmet and a WyldStyle version.
