I just found this over on the Target website for 9.99.  It is not available in the stores by me just yet.  I did check all of the stores in the Chicagoland area online and I did not find it anywhere yet.   I just went and checked.  You can pick it up here or by clicking on the image below.

For you people that are overseas, some people have started selling them on ebay for about $25.00 here.

It contains Lightning Lad, Sir Fangar, Kai and a scuba diver. It costs $9.99 or is free with purchases of over $50 of Ninjago, City or Super Heroes sets.
