Deep Sea MK. 37 suit from Iron Skull Sub Attack  – It look like if this is the case, that he is missing a piece of his sub suit.    Below if the picture posted here.

I just saw this over here on Mercadito Lego.  Please let me know if you know anything?  Is this real?  What do you think?  Brick Time has posted this here.  I am not really familiar with this character.
