Kevin Hinkle posted a picture of these two figures and some facts about them finally for all of us to know.  This picture was posted to his Flickr page a few days ago.  You can see his page here.

I have never been able to find a good photo of both the female and the male minifigure, so this was a nice surprise finally!

Here are the details that Kevin posted about these figures.

“These exclusive LEGO Minifigures were given to participants of the 2015 LEGO Brand Retail Manager’s Conference in Houston, Texas; USA. The theme of the conference was “Apocalypse” bringing forth humorous references to zombies and the world after people on PowerPoint slides, name tags, paperwork and giveaways. Each attendee, all employed by the LEGO Group, were given one Minifigure with both a male and female head option in order to customize to their gender of preference.

As this item was meant as a fun, one-off keepsake for employees- and not for public consumption- the Minifigures were commissioned externally by the company eclipseGRAFX. Although not released to the public, the designs were still subject to the internal review process in order to comply with LEGO Brand guidelines.”
