If you are like me, you buy a lot of Lego and Lego sets.

I use Amazon Prime for the free shipping and the Free Movies.   I find that it is nice to pick out my lego sets and just have them arrive two days later.  They also have free storage now as well, but I have not been using that yet.  You can look at the offer here.  It says that the $33 dollars discount will be applied at checkout.  If you are looking at getting this anyways, this is a good deal.

Lego Amazon Prime on sale

In my opinion, the free shipping convenience with Christmas coming up makes this worth it.  This promotion has to do with their new show Transparent which just one 5 emmys.  I have not even heard about this show, but I will at least give the first show a try.  🙂

I looked over the language and it appears that you can still take advantage of this offer if you are an existing Amazon Prime member as well if you do the following.

  • Buy yourself a gift subscription
  • Stop your Auto Renew on your account
  • Use the gift subscription to renew when you are due up
  • Turn auto renew back on.

This will new you over 30 bucks.  Enough for one small Lego set!

Something fun I saw over on eBay.  I am not sure how they distributed these.    I know that these are old, but they are pretty sweet looking.  Definitely a rare poly bag.

I picked my copy of these minifigures in the Lego set that they also came in.  I never knew they also came in Poly Bags.  That is pretty nice.

Have you seen others of these?    I checked on bricklink and these are the only three listed.    And they are crazy expensive?

It is slated to be priced at 269 Euro which should put it at about 2000 pieces and I am guessing 7-8 minifigures to make sure that we buy it.

This definitely goes along with all of the rumors that we saw here last week.

The First 15 Minutes of the Lego Dimensions Game

IGN Just posted the first 15 minutes of the Lego Dimensions Video Game in an interview with TT Games.  It helps to explain quite a bit on how the game works.  You can see it here or by clicking on the image.

It is about 15 minutes and it is pretty interesting.  They discuss the strategy and the ideas behind the game play as well as some of the issues that they had with production.  They also go through the building instructions as well as more views of the portal and the figures.

They also go on to say that it would be ideal to have 3 or 4 people playing the game at once!

I as super excited about all of the new minifigures that we are getting with this video game.  I made a list of all of the new ones here.

Lego Star Wars Magazine Polybags – Would you collect these?

I do not collect all Polybags, but I collect all Lego Super Heroes and Lego Star Wars Polybags.  It is a never ending pursuit as they keep coming out with new ones.  But I constantly hunt them down, or purchase them on eBay and it is rather enjoyable.  It is not my first passion like minifigures are, but it is still very rewarding.

It is funny, just last week I went to Toys R Us to see if they had the Red Arm C-3po and the Toys R Us Manager said before I even asked him that they did not have them yet.  I suppose he is beginning to recognize me.  🙁  That is embarrassing.

Well, when I saw that they were coming out with a Lego Star Wars Magazine and that it would have a new Polybag every month, I dialed up eBay and picked up a copy of each of these from a seller in the UK.  They were reasonable to purchase and the content was interesting.  The real reason obviously for me was to get the two Polybags.  I posted pics of the Magazines that they come in at the bottom of the post.
