I think that this is over and they are just announcing prizes but I thought that this was interesting if you collect these types of things. It looks like you were entered if you spent $100 on any Lego toys from August 5-31 2015. 1 US $ is currently about 1.4 SGD so we are talking about 60$ US. Not to shabby.

On the Lego Site, we have a few other confirmations of a few of these rumors. This is pretty interesting. The text changes for valid products. This was discovered on the Brickset Forum.
EDIT: We just found the Hulk PolyBag minifigure as well. Busy Busy day.
Click on any of these links. They will say product not available. Not product not found. Also, the links will change to the proper product name or series in many cases. You will see “watchmechange” converted into “Star Wars Confidential”

I have been hearing a bunch of rumors about new and upcoming Lego Dimensions Packs. They all appear to be pointing back to this post on Brickset Forums.

Joker is Unique as well. He has a Blue vest like before, but he only has a single sided head.
He can be Picked up in the DC Comics Team Pack – LEGO Dimensions. . Here is the link on Amazon.
EDIT: 09-28-2015 -I missed another one. Gimli has a new head as well. 🙁 I just went and picked one up. I will add pics later.
EDIT – 09-27-2015: I just finished opening these and we appear to have two additional duplicates that I missed before.
WildStyle and Bad Cop are the same ones that come in set 70819 – tlm098 and tlm099. However, the Gandalf is new. He has a new head. I also confirmed that Marty and Homer and Wonder Woman are not new. Nor Shaggy. Legolas and Batman and Scooby are new. I will also add that I am keeping the bases. They are pretty cool!
After reviewing these, here is the latest pic of all of the unique figures. See below for more details!

As Far as I can tell, we have at least 22 new figures or variations coming in the Dimensions sets that will start to be released next weekend. I may have missed a few and it is possible that one or two of these are mix ups on the Lego art Work side and we may see something a little different in a week, but I did a pretty careful review. The only ones that I am not sure about are Gandalf and the Ninjago Characters. I cannot seem to find a good picture of the Gandalf figure and I believe that the Ninjago characters are the same, but I am not familiar enough to make this call on my own. The rest in my opinion are at least different or new characters in the preview artwork. I have an image of 20 of these at the bottom of the post just to see them all in one place.
Corrections: Fixed below, but based on reader comments over at AFOL Lego Facebook page I changed the following:
Marty is not unique. He is a repeat.
Cyborg just has a new Face.
Laval was added as he has a new torso
Unikitty was added as she has a new face.
Also per Facebook group LEGO ~ Sell it, Want it, Swap it!!
Doc Brown just has new hair
Peter Venkman also has new hair and new arm printing.
And Per user TheLegoExperience below, we know that I was incorrect on Cyborg. He does not appear to be a new figure.

Legolas has straight lines on his face now.
This appears to be a new ACU character for Jurrasic Park.
WyldStyle has a new mouth! WyldStyle is the same figure that comes in 70819.
Wizard of Oz Witch is a new Character.
Scooby’s tounge is on the side of his mouth.
Here is my copy of this figure and he definitely has a new mouth. We now have 5 Scooby Doos!
Portal 2 Character Chell is new
Ghostbusters Figure – Peter Venkman has new hair and new arm printing. The 12th Doctor is new! This Cyberman guy is also new Superman has a smile now? EDIT: Per user comment below. This is not a new figure. This one looks to be the same as sh155. Slimer is newStay Puft is newUnikitty has a new face that we have not seen before!
Batman has a closed cowl in this picture, but the bricklink one with this bogy has an open cowl. Bane has a backpack! We are hearing a bunch of Rumors about new Level and Fun Packs. Such as the A-Team, Knight RIder, Harry Potter etc. I posted everything that I could find about this here.

This picture was put up on the Facebook Lego Dimensions site earlier today. It looks promising that we will get all 13 Doctors in Minifigure Form. 12 Doctors plus the War doctor! Excellent. Sonic Screwdrivers and all!
I cannot wait. After seeing this, I have no doubt that we will get all of them and a bunch of the other characters! It is just a matter of time in my opinion.
We have previously seen a few of these characters on the starter packs already. But just a few of them. See below. These are already available for pre-order now. I wonder when we will get the new packs.

Here is the Twitter Feed from Lego. They claim that the other 12 Doctors will just be playable characters, but that is probably what they would have to say. I still think that the other 12 will be released in either Dimension Packs, or in Lego sets. I just received my custom X-Files minifigures and my official transparent ghost minifigure in the mail this week and I thought that this picture would be fun based on the rumor of the upcoming Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters that we heard about yesterday. If you did not see that news, you can see it here.
I am fairly certain that this rumor is true based on the source and a few of the other facts that have surfaced.
Either way, I received these custom minifigures from Waller Customs. I wrote about these figures earlier and I ordered them that day.
Here is that article. If you did not see it earlier, Brent Waller is the guy that conceived of the Lego Ideas Ecto 1 set that was released last year. He also got a picture of Scully and Mulder posing with his minifigures which is pretty neat.
He has finally finished the figures and began shipping them. They look spectacular.
And since I added them for the photo shoot, here are better pictures of ET and the transparent ghost.

Finally, I wrote about the transparent Ghost guy when I ordered him from Bricklink. Here are more details about him. The ghost is official, but I picked up the transparent figure as a custom from ebay.
