EDIT: Someone has 24 of these listed on Bricklink here. Good luck!
It looks like Lego needs to align their printing machines that they use for printing minifigures just like we do at home on our paper printing machines! I saw this over on AFOL Lego Facebook group by Facebook user K Newman posted here.
The post has a bunch of discussion about the minifigure head, but basically the other users state that it is a test head that Lego uses to test and align the machines that they use for Printing Minifigures. I thought it was a pretty neat item and that it would make a great display item and discussion point.
A user on Reddit just pointed me to a few more of these over on a bricklink discussion forum here and here as well

EDIT: Here are a few new items that I saw this morning. Before looking anywhere, I would start with the http://www.zusammengebaut.com/ and see if it is back up. They are getting hammered now. They have the best selection of pictures right now.
You can also check hit twitter and Facebook feeds here.
I am going to try to keep up with all of the Lego 2016 Toy Fair news over the next few weeks as best I can. I know I will not be the only one and this year, I think I am going to try to keep track of what everyone is posting in one post so that it is easy to keep up with.
EDIT: It looks like Brickfanatics picked up some of the first news here for the London Show. See below. Thebrickfan has also posted the info from Brickfanatics here as well. Nothing new with that post. Same info.
EDIT: Some twitter pics from Brickfanatics here. A few new key rings!
EDIT: Just2Good just added a video of the Brickfanatics content. Nothing new again, but her will read it to you.
If you are like me as I am sure most of you are, the closest you will ever get to a toy fair is by looking on the internet and following eBay. One of the best way to see Toy Fair exclusives is to check eBay often during the toy fairs. I use this search to see what pops up as they usually go so quickly.
Here, Brickset talks about the new 21127 set “The Fortress”. We will also be getting another one. 21128 as well that was not shown yet. This looks to be a pretty big set.

New York Toy Fair- February 13th to February 16th –
We should start to see lots of photos at this one. This is the last stop and we should pretty much know everything by this one.
I am not sure if we will get an exclusive set of minifigure this year. I believe that we will not get anything special, or if we do that it will be trinkets and not an exclusive minifigure.
Nuremberg Toy fair – from 27 January to 1 February (no photos) wiki link
I would expect a rehash of what we saw in London with one or two additional reveals.
I am betting that Promobricks will be on site as well. See here. I will check with Michael. EDIT: Michael said that Promobricks will be on site for the Lego press conference and stay one additional day. So I will be posting links to any information he finds as well.

It looks like this is being found in a few places. It sounds like you build a Monkey in Legoland Malaysia and they give you this brick. I was able to find one en Ebay here.
I have said it before and i will say it again. The only thing stopping me from collecting the little gems is a lack of money. 🙂
Look up the prices of all of your favorite minifigures
