I just saw this over on eBay in the UK.  Some of you may remember this from the contest that was held back in 2008 at Toys R US stores in the UK.  I believe that it may  have been in other countries, but I did not hear about any where else.  I could not find it in the US at the time.  I had almost forgotten about this until I saw this auction today.

Here is a copy of the Entry Form as well.

In the flyer, it states that this figures is limited to 32 copies world wide.  So I am assuming that the other 20 were given away in other countries.  I saw over on FBTB that the stores had them on display and that they also had a parts list at the time.    You can also see the announcement on this contest over on Jedi News here.

I posted about this article on hispabricksmagazine.com a few days ago.  They put out the first pictures of these figures.  One thing that was lacking was a picture of Donald and Daisy’s new tail pieces.  It looks like they just added this picture.  See below.  See their post for pictures of all of the figures.

I thought that this was something a little different that slipped by my Lego Radar.  Does anyone know how that these were given out?  I recently just found these over on eBay and Bricklink.  It looks like the set is from 2010.

You can see this particular one over her on eBay.

Just saw this over on here on zusammengebaut.com.  It appears that Lego is having another contest for a 5000 plus piece Lego City set.  You can read about it here or see the picture below.  The set has 5268 pieces and the site says that the box is over 1 meter tall!

This is very similiar to the 5000 plus Chima Set that Lego gave away last year here.

I know we were all wondering if Lego really created the box or not, but if you look on this site here, you can actually see a video and pictures of the box.

I am guessing that these are from the ones that are being sold in Billund, but I cannot be sure.  Someone told me it is only a 40 pound flight to get to Billund from the UK.  🙂  You can see the auctions here under user 1980geekcollector
