LEGO 40432 Rebuild the World minifigure – rare unreleased

i have never seen this figure, but Brandon pointed it out to me today.  Pretty neat find if you have unlimited money.  see the auction here.  Pretty sure it was not released b/c it looks like the rabbit has a gun.
