I just saw this over on eBay.  Someone is giving up.  I see that they have Series 1-13, the Lego Movie and both of the Simpsons sets.  No Team GB and no Mr Gold.  I really like the display case, so I thought you might enjoy it as well.

I like the way that they displayed this!
