I saw this here  on  http://www.loserlab.tw this morning and have been researching this for the past two hours.  

EDIT:  A few people have sent in messages and I have some more information now for Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.  I do not have all of the details for Taiwan?

• The Toys R Us stores in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong will be rolling out the sets collectible minifigure sets  as follows.  If you collect all four sets, you can fill out a form to enter to win one of three 50 CM collectible statues.  See links for the forms below.  I am missing Taiwan’s form.  I am not certain if it is three total statues, or 3 per a store?  Or possibly it is a total of 4?  One for each of the four stores?

Taiwan – Spend 50 Dollars and get a free set

• 20th October to 26th October: LEGO City
• 27th October to 2nd November: Collectible Minifigures Series
• It looks like no form in Taiwan?  Instead, it sounds like you have to get a card with 4 stars punched on it and then you can enter.  See here?
