I noticed this earlier today at Brickfinder here.  I held off posting it until I could determine where it came from.  I finally found it here.  hkm.appledaily.com.  It was a  tough one to find without a source link.  🙁

On a side note, I have received an email from Floris with two more sets that I will be posting as well later tonight.

The set is limited to 500 pieces and it has 835 parts.

I suggest going to the site and watching the video and looking at the additional pictures there.

I will add this to my list of Certified Professional sets that I am maintaining here.

A reader “Floris” just sent me information on this set.   It appears to be a new certified professional set from about one year ago.

This set is a limited edition (500 pieces). This set was raffled at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2015. The set was designed by the certified professional Jumpei Mitsui.

One of these is for sale on this auction site here.  I am not very familiar with this site and I was having a problem translating it.  See here

I just saw this over on eBay here.   It looks like someone is selling these over on eBay.   It has been quiet on finding new Certified Professional Sets, but here is a new one.  Please see below for the links to the church website where they are selling these directly.

I did a little research and it looks like they picked it up here on the St Edmundsbury web site / Facebook page.  They are selling these in the gift shop.  Good luck.

I just saw this posted by a Facebook user on AFOL of Facebook here.   I quickly did an eBay search and I found 3 of them that sold in the past few days on eBay.  here, here and here.

This is the most recent one that sold here.

The drill is the same.  500 sets or less.  Designed by Adam Reed Tucker and it is a Certified Professional.  I believe that this one is a little different since it says for 18+.  I am not sure why.

It looks like Floris found another one!  Based on a clue from Floris, I found another one of these.  This one is also from Bright Bricks, but it was a little more difficult to obtain proof that it is bright Bricks as I could not find anything conclusive other than the fact that Bright Bricks also has a few pictures of this ambulance on their gallery page.

Here is the set from a Twitter post in 2014.  From what I can gather, it appears that they held a drawing and gave these to winners of the drawing.  Here are some details about the drawing.  I have no idea how many of these were made in total and I have never seen one for sale on eBay.

Lego SearchDiscover Logo.  Minifigure not included.  I saw this posted over on AFOL lego facebook group here.  I did a search for this set on the internet and I found the site of the creator.  He has a great psot about how he created this set, so I do not think it is official Lego.  However please be careful as my virus scanner went nuts when I went to his site.  I used an iPhone to look at it to be safe.  If you search ” Lego searchdiscovery” you will find it, but please be careful.
