I bought two of the 70900 Jokers ballon escape sets because I wanted two Joker minifigures and I was wondering what I could do with all of the other pieces since it was such a small set and this is what I came up with.  I had to add a few pieces from my Lego collection and some heads from a few Disney minifigures, but just some common ones.  The real prize in this set is the stems and holders for the balloons.
