Per the seller on eBay – “This listing is for the holy grail of Lego Star Wars Prototypes. This light bluish grey Darth Vader type 1 helmet is as rare as it gets, with only 5 being produced. If you know Prototypes, there is also the red prototype Darth Vader type 1 helmet, which they made close to 1000 of. When you think of Star Wars, you think of Darth Vader! While the red helmets are rare, nothing compared to this light bluish grey helmet, as it is the only known survivor. It is 100% authentic, with the proper lego markings inside the helmet as shown, along with the production number 2-02 (also found in the red prototype Darth Vader helmets)”
I do not know anything about this particular prototype / test print and it appears to be a pretty rare piece. This seller has quite a few other interesting Lego items.

LEGO 2009 Exclusive Fan Weekend Minifigure. Found this here on eBay

The 2009 LEGO Fan Weekend event was an official LEGO event that was held by The LEGO Group in Skaerbaek, Denmark.
The Fan Weekend event ran for just one weekend in September of 2009.
This minifigure was only obtainable, during that weekend in 2009, if your LEGO creation had impressed The LEGO Group so much that they’d nominate your creation and award you with this minifigure.
This was the first time LEGO issued an official LEGO Fan Weekend minifigure, and it was the only time when this minifigure was available, exclusively to nominees at the LEGO Fan Weekend in 2009.
*Even if you had attended the event and contributed, your creation still may not have been nominated, making this minifigure incredibly hard to find.*
