Lego Spiderman Prototype Minifigure – Most likely from a Toy Fair Display – Lego has been known to use stickers at the New York Toy Fair and a few others. The seller stated that it was from a Lego Employee. Saw it here on eBay

It looks like this set is being given out at the second Shanghai Store Grand Opening. I am not sure of the details, but it appears that 5000 copies were made. I just learned of this when I found this post over on eBay here.
