It looks like Amazings is giving away a special signed set called “Amazings on the Road” over on their Facebook Page. See here.
The contest appears to run until May 25th. The set allows you to build the Amazing Touring exhibit Van. It also looks like it has a few minifigures in it as well. You can see the contest here. You need to do a few simple things that they list out in the post to enter the contest.

Here is another test print part that I found this morning on eBay. This is the Fire Hose Breathing part that is in about 30+ minifigures. I included a pic of the standard part from The Mr Freeze Ice Attack set Number 70901 for reference.

I found this mentioned on a few forums last night and most recently mentioned on a comment on Hoth Bricks on their May The Forth Post. I was waiting until I found it on multiple sources to be certain.
If you are a Black Card VIP holder, it looks like you are getting an extra promo for the Lego Stores May the Forth be with you Sales event. I am not certain if it is online and in stores or just in stores. It also looks like it will be in the USA and abroad. If it is online, I am not certain how they will ship it because this one does not look like it is folded.
If you are a Black VIP card holder, I believe that this is your first promo of the year! This is not exactly what the poster looks like. I made this for the post, but it is pretty close. I took a few liberties so that I did not spoil the poster.
If you do not have one, I just looked on eBay and a few people are selling them. See here for one that I just found.
These cards were given out to people that purchased the MF early on when it was first released.
