This was an interesting find last week on eBay and I believe the first time that I have seen this one.  This helmet is part of minifigures sw815, sw850 and sw787.  Scarif Stormtrooper.

“There are no Lego markings as this is literally the first stage prototype (not like most prototypes you see on the market). Everything about the piece you can tell it is Lego from the way it was made. The seller states that he acquired this piece from one of the most reputable Lego prototype collectors. Own a piece of Lego history! If you look closely, every piece is unique. For example, the head is much larger than production, the hips are curved versus the squared off production one and the colors in general. The arms are prototypes too, being white not tan and you can see that they’re slightly different from production. ”
