This is a pretty rare figure as I have only seen one ever and it is this one  that was recently listed on eBay.  I hesitated and missed it as it was gone in a few minutes.

According to the seller, ATE is a sheltered workshop in Billund where about 60 people are working.  🙂  This is a pretty fun minifigure!

It looks like Kevin Hinkle (Previous Lego Employee) himself has listed a bunch of auctions and one of the auctions has all 7 varieties of his Lego Employee Minifigures.  This looks pretty nice and I urge you to check out all of his auctions as he is getting rid of some very nice items.  You can see it here.
