Release Date: May 1st. 2017
Color: Yellow
Regular not themed series

According to Eurobricks here, these are the other four confirmed figures so far.

This sale was just posted at vhere which is nearly $30 off.  This is the lowest price that I have seen yet and I do not know how long it will last.

What a bummer.   Bricklink just reported this and you can see the image here on the McDonald’s site.

Did I say what a let down.  They are just worried that the little kids are gonna choke on the lego.  🙁  I say they should try adult happy meal toys.  Some sweet Minifigs is what we really need!  Lego and McDonals should have asked me!

They could have at least done something like this.

What to do with the extra parts from 70900 Jokers Balloon escape after you yank the minifigures – Character Balloons

I bought two of the 70900 Jokers ballon escape sets because I wanted two Joker minifigures and I was wondering what I could do with all of the other pieces since it was such a small set and this is what I came up with.  I had to add a few pieces from my Lego collection and some heads from a few Disney minifigures, but just some common ones.  The real prize in this set is the stems and holders for the balloons.

Here is a picture of this MOC with just ballons and no minifigure heads.
