I just saw this over on eBay today.  You can see it here.  I see a few more of them as well here.

I was then nosing around on the internet and it looks like FBTB.net has posted here that they are free with a $30 purchase at Legoland California.  I am not sure if they are showing up anywhere else, but they are coming soon either way.

We should see a review of this set today I would think.
