I have never quite figures out what I should do with these.  I originally picked these up on a trip to Toys R Us several years back.  My initial thought was to make them part of one of the minifigure displays that I was working on at the time.

At one point, I though about making one of these puzzle games out of Legos that would allow you to move around all of the pieces until you had the picture in the proper place.  I also thought about doing a program that did this on the phone with these images also.

But, I ended up putting them all together on one large display that I just put with my minifigure displays.  The set consists of Two Pirates of the Caribbean cases, two Star Wars cases and two Indiana Jones Cases.

In looking these up today, I noticed that I am missing the Harry Potter Case.  I am not sure why I did not see this one earlier.  So I just picked one of those up.

Here is the Harry Potter Case and Tiles that I am missing.

Most of these are going for about $10 -$15 dollars, so they are pretty reasonable.  Here are some additional images of these cases.

This one I had a hard time finding a copy of.  Probably because it is the neatest looking.  I did find one that just sold for $5 US on eBay

This one is a little harder to find.  I am not sure why, but it is the hardest one to find.  I did find one over on Amazon for $45.  If you are looking for this one, you may need to look at a used one or on eBay.

These are pretty neat and I hope you can find a good use for them.

I am now off to Toy R Us to pick up a few of the exclusive figures that were just released with the Lego Dimensions sets!

I just received my custom X-Files minifigures and my official transparent ghost minifigure in the mail this week and I thought that this picture would be fun based on the rumor of the upcoming Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters that we heard about yesterday.  If you did not see that news, you can see it here.

I am fairly certain that this rumor is true based on the source and a few of the other facts that have surfaced.

Either way, I received these custom minifigures from Waller Customs.  I wrote about these figures earlier and I ordered them that day.

Here is that article.  If you did not see it earlier, Brent Waller is the guy that conceived of the Lego Ideas Ecto 1 set that was released last year.  He also got a picture of Scully and Mulder posing with his minifigures which is pretty neat.

He has finally finished the figures and began shipping them.  They look spectacular.

And since I added them for the photo shoot, here are better pictures of ET and the transparent ghost.

Finally, I wrote about the transparent Ghost guy when I ordered him from Bricklink.   Here are more details about him.  The ghost is official, but I picked up the transparent figure as a custom from ebay.

Here are the original pictures that I used to create the photograph above.  I know I am not the best photographer, but I just use my Camera Phone as it is easy and I do not need to buy another.

I was not that hyped on this set until I saw the box!  Lego boxes are the best.

I just saw this post over on Reddit and thought it was awesome.  We have see this collection a few times in the past at Lego Shows, but I have never seen any nice pictures of this in the past.  This is a really nice collection and Display case.  You can see the full collection here on Imgur

Here is a cropped version of the Display.  This really makes you realize that it may no longer be possible to display all of these in your house.  “Hun, look what I brought home!”
