According to this post on Reddit, it looks like the chicken suit guy is coming to Canadian Toys R Us Stores on March 19th!  Here is is posted on Lego site.    Thaks fo Facebook user Danny L!

I did a little digging around on the canadian Toys R uS site and I found these two offers.  Once appears to point to the possibility of a bunny suit guys as well.

It looks like it may be a different promo, so we will need to see if this is the same package, or if it is a polybag of some sort.
