Toys-R-Us is the latest store to offer the not so Exclusive Dr. Wu minifigure.  They are now offering this in Canada for the first 20 customers at each store.  I am not sure if this will come over to the states or not for Toys-R-Us stores.  We will have to wait and see.

Finally, it is only fair to mention that Gamestop also had a pre order bonus that we previously mentioned as well.  However, I cannot imagine going for this one instead of the minifigure.
