Who knows what would have happened.  I picked the Dr. Suess figures upon eBay from Custom Bricks.  www.custombricks.net and E.T. I picked up from http://www.customminifig.co.uk/fst-custom-minifigures/  I am not sure if they have more, but that is where I picked them up.
