I just saw this over on Eurobricks and it appears that the Kylo Ren Shuttle Polybag is being given away with the February 2016 issue of Kaczor Donald Magazine Comic in Poland.  I found some information about this magazine here.

It is interesting to see, but this is probably some sort of additional way that Disney is pushing Star Wars in other countries.  🙂  Just an add combination!
