I just saw this one pop up on eBay and I thought I would share.  I emailed the user via the contact link  this morning and he stated that he has two of these.  One regular and one first edition that he is also considering getting rid of.  So contact him if you are interested.  FYI, this is a link to an auction on ebay.   I do not know anything more about this sale.
