I just found this over on eBay and I am trying to determine if this is a real Lego Promotional item that they produced back in 2002?  Does anyone ever remember seeing this before?  I fired off a question to the seller to see what he says.  I really have no idea.  Click here or on the image to see the auction if you are interested.  He also has a photo of the back of the frame as well.

I really have no idea and I am not familiar with these Lego Soccer minifigures.  They appear to be stickers which was the norm for Lego back then on all of these soccer figures.

EDIT:  I found the stickers in this set over at Bricklink.    Also, if you look at the set, it is a similiar picture as Lego has on the box.

So it looks like the figures could be legit.  It also looks like it would be a lot of work to get 11 of these stickers as this is a pretty expensive set.
