This is the only one of these I have ever seen for sale, so I wanted to post on it.  As the seller stated, this minifigure is most likely limited to less than 100 examples.  I found this over on eBay here.  These figures are given to people that attend the yearly Inside TOur at LEGO.   This tour is typically limited to 20-30 people and it usually held three times yearly.  Along with the exclusive minifigure, the attendee is usually given some other interesting swag as well.
