I just picked this set up and it is a pretty nice Polybag.  You can always use an extra Captain America!  Right?    He is not quite as prolific as Batman yet, but he is getting up in the numbers!  So far, we know that this Polybag will be available at Toys R Us and as a Shop at home gift in May!

I was able to get one of these early off of someone on Facebook.  I have also been able to find these over on eBay as well.  You can see one of the ones on eBay here.  It is funny, the bag for the one on eBay is different than the one I have.  I wonder if one is the Toys R Us bag and one is the Lego Store bag?   Only time will tell.
