I have seen a few posts on this over on Eurobricks here, but I am not sure.  Let me know what you think.  It would be logical to have a blue verison, but I would have thought that we would have seen a few changes in the figure to make it more unique.  Today, I found another picture over on Facebook that is a little clearer and I thought I would post it for you to see and make your own decision.  Now, a lot of these figures end up being early images of figures from sets, but a few of them are fakes.  This one I am not sure about.

Over on Eurobricks, a few people have speculated that it is from the upcoming Rescue-From-Ra-s-Al-Ghul DC Lego set that will be revealed this spring or early summer.  No one seams to know much about this set, so that is possible.

Others have mentioned that this may be a minifigure included in the Lego:  Justice League Gotham Unleashed DVD that will be released on July 4th 2016.

I posted about this earlier and I thought that this would be Saturn GIrl, but who knows.
