Lego Certified Professional BRIGHT BRICKS Rare Collectors Model Golden Eagle Area Development OIL RIG Platform designed by Duncan Titmarsh. This set is from 2014 and is pretty large as it contains 2293 pieces. I found this set here on eBay and it is Serial Number 0002 for Bright Bricks! SO this is either their second set, or the second set since they started doing Serial Numbers.
