This is an olderer certified professional set that was recently found by facebook user Torbjørn Vw Kvinnesland.  I saw this posted on Lego Fans on Monday and I reached out to him to get a few additional details and he was kind enough to send me a few more pictures.  This is the first that I have seen of this one anywhere and have not been able to find any other pictures of it anywhere for reference except for a few obscure pictures.  See here and here

From the dates on these articles, it looks like this set is from 2016.  It also appears to be a Lego Certified professional set by Matija Pužar based on the instructions insert.  However, you would not know it from the box.

From the Front of the box, We see that it is Dolwin Beta Wind Power Converter and that this is Aibel’s first wind Converter Platform.  In this project, Aibel is turning wind into business!
