EDIT: It would appear that everyone still thinks that these are fakes. I thought that the logo was enough to say that they are real as it just did not seem to be realistic for someone to fake these. But I am going to go with the crowd on this and say that I do not know.
OK, It looks like I was wrong. Please see this very detailed article. 🙂

You can see the Lego Logo on the wings and the figures and we have seen these in about 25 different spots now. We can also see that the wings are the same plastic as some of the Star Wars figures and not hard plastic like we speculated. Besides, who would fake this figure?
These just showed up on eBay. You can see it here. Beware as this may still be a fake or a counterfeit. I am not sure anymore and so many people think that it is a fake.
You can clearly see the Lego 2016 logo on the wings here. No one is going to fake this.
If you have not seen it, here are a bunch of new 2016 set photos for the 2016 wave that were posted online by an Italian website here.
I am betting that the others are real as well.
Here are some other superhero figures that showed up on Flickr yesterday.
Thanks for looking

100% FAKE!!! The lines are too thick on the Batman minifigure… The wings… the copyright on the bottom one isn’t central… no back print on the batman, despite all of the real ones having back print… back to the wings… the copyright on the top is far to the right, with no © copyright logo!!! These aren’t real!! How you can post this without facts is beyond me, I hope you get sued by Lego.
