This was just sent to me and I saw it on a few sites.  I am assuming Brick Heroes found it first.  It appears to be a new Exclusive DC Comics Lego minifigure that comes with a free book!   You can pre order the Book here on Amazon.  If anyone knows the exclusive figure, please let me know!
