This Lego logo appears to be a plush red shag carpet when looked at quickly. However, this Lego logo is really made out of thousands of plain red, black, white and yellow minifigures. This mosaic is really neat.
This appears to be a display at one of the Lego stores. I think it is a wall display at the Lego Store in New York? However, I have heard reports that one of these also exist in Europe (Paris?).

Here is another image. Based on the first image and a comment that I read over at reddit, it looks like little kids are touching it and picking off some of the heads. 🙂 I wonder how many figures are in it?
