I just found one of these Mr Business figures over on eBay and I had never seen or heard of them. I then went to bricklink and I found an Emmet one as well. I am assuming that a WyldStyle one exists also, but I have not been able to find one yet.

Finally, here is the Emmet figure that I found over on BrickLink.
Both of these sets contain a special Lego Movie minifigure Stand that does not appear to be in any other sets. I wonder where these were given out and when and how many of them.
It appears that the Emmet figure is one that is in other sets. I have not verified that the Mr Business is as well.

Obviously coming a couple of years late…but I thought you might want to get some information regarding the ziploc figures. I work for a public library and we often get promotional materials (from a promotion company hired by numerous film studios) for upcoming movies – posters, t-shirts, various odds and ends. When the Lego movie was coming out we received a package of items to help promote the movie that included large subway sized posters of various characters, regular sized movie posters, mini-movie posters, coloring books, poly-bags of Pyjamas Emmet and Piece of Resistance sets, as well as several of the ziploc Emmet, Mr. Business, and Wyldstyle figures. I was able to keep one each of the ziploc figures as well as the two polybag sets. I’m not sure where else these promotional packages were sent out to…but public libraries were definitely in that mix.
