EDIT:  I am looking for more information on this figure if anyone knows anything.

I have never seen these figures before.  The pictures of these were sent to me by Lluis Gilbert just happens to have a wonderful collection of these kinds of minifigures.   He can be contacted here if you are interested.

These figures appear to be limited edition or prototype figures from the year 2000 for the Danish Futball Association.  These were  produced in limited runs as a giveaway for the Czech Futball team.   If anyone knows more information about these, please send me a message and let me know.  I would appreciate it.

Here is some text from a site that I found.  I know that they are Pad printed and that LEGO produced them.

I looked up the Danish Football Soccer Association on Wikipedia and they have the same logo.  You can see it here.
