Just saw this over on promobricks and reddit. It appears that the Lego Series 16 71013 has been spotted in some Lego and Toys R Us stores in the USA.
EDIT: The first one just showed up on eBay here. Well the second one as one sold already.
Per the posts, these showed up at a few stores in the USA. Both Toys R Us and Lego Stores and more than one of them. Here are the links to the photos. A few people on Eurobricks are suggesting that they are being released early to not compete with the Disney Castle? That sounds feasible.
