I just found this listing for 10 of these Lego polybags over in Mexico here a few minutes ago. I have previously seen a few of these over on eBay in Poland, but these are the first ones that i have seen in Mexico. Based on this, I am guessing that this polybag is being manufactured in both places. I am not sure if that means anything, but it may mean that they are planning to make a lot of these.
We saw earlier last month that this polybag will be an exclusive featured in LEGO Star Wars: Force Awakens Deluxe Edition video game. This game will be released on June 28th and it can be pre-ordered here on Amazon for 20% off.

Well… Not because 10 were spotted on the wild means they are making more. It’s just luck someone got a hold of that many. I think it will be a the same amount as any other video game. Looks like a pretty good starting point at 19 usd each since this will go for at least 30 once the game is out.
