Eurobricks user PZ-4CO just posted an image of his First Order General minifigure over on Imgur here.  You can see the post here on Eurobricks.

If you look closely at the image, you can see that he has metallic arm marking that is not showing up on the Polybag image.  Very interesting.  He also has a unique torso as we noted earlier.

Here is the polybag image as posted by Brickset here.  Additionally, someone has started selling these on eBay with a claimed ship date of February, so we should be hearing about these shortly.  See here.
