This is the first one of these that I have seen anywhere.  I have not checked the figures to see if they are exclusive,  but the set itself is limited to 500 copies.  Take a look as this is a nice looking set.  It is fun that Lego produces these for new store openings.

I found this over on eBay here and it is ending in less than 24 hours.  This is number 452 of 500.
