I just found this over on eBay and it looks like it is also making rounds on a few sites today.  This looks to be a new exclusive set to Legolands and Possibly just Legoland Florida.  I was able to find a 10 or 11 of these on eBay right now that are for sale, or sold recently.  You can see another person here that has 8 or more of these as well, so we should begin seeing more of these shortly.

From the seller that had the most information here is what we know as well as his pictures below.

“The Set was bought at Legoland Florida in Orlando (Winterhaven?)  They only saw this at one store in the whole park.  The set has an engineer and three tourists.  The set also has 210 pieces.”
