Atro Bouw appears to be a Belgium Construction Company.  Here is the Log I found in the internet.  I found some postings that Atro and MBG are the same company, but I can not get to the Atro website to confirm?

Thanks for looking

Lego Exclusive Shanghai China 2017 ShangHub Minifigure Set – Shanghai LBR 2017

This post and site contains Affiliate links. I may earn a small commission if you click on them. Click here for more details.

Reader Evgeny sent me these photos of a new figure that I have seen mentioned a few times over the past year, but I have not yet been able to locate.  This appears to be limited to 300 sets, but I have heard that many of them are still in the corporate offices in China and have not been distributed.  So that appears to be the reason for us seeing so few of these on the market.  By few I do mean none!

From what I have come to understand, the set is to be given to the movers and shakers in the inner Lego China circle.

On the front of the figures is the Lego Logo and the words Shanghai 2017 and the back of the figure contains ShangHub Girl or ShangHub child on the back of the two figures.  So the two torsos are not the same.

Also from the websites referenced below, the outside of this box is labeled with the Chinese symbols that mean  “resigning the old and welcoming the new” and in english is says GOOD BEGINNINGS.   On the back of the box is the work ShangHub.

Finally the inside of the box says

I have found mention of this set on three chinese websites and all of these sites appear to show the same pictures with a little bit different wording.  They all appear to translate pretty well also.

I missed this on eBay.  If you picked this up, please contact me and let me know what you think of it.  This is a very interesting find.  It appears to have a few pre-production parts and would make a great addition to any collection.  I saw this here on eBay.

I honestly did not even know that Lego used to have a factory in Willisau.  Willisau is in Switzerland if you did not know.  I had to look it up.  🙂

I just saw this over here on eBay here.  Interesting find.  I wonder what other figures that they printed during the run!

Lego Minifigure Factory – Made in Denmark – I Love Copenhagen Minifigure – Wanted

This post and site contains Affiliate links. I may earn a small commission if you click on them. Click here for more details.

Here is a new one from you.  A reader from FaceBook page ExclusiveMinifigures just sent me these photos of a figure that he obtained from someone that went to the Lego Minifigure Factory event at the Lego store in Copenhagen.  From what he told me, this figure is not a digital printed figure, but a pad printed figure that must have been some sort of store promo or event promo.  I have not been able to discover more about this figure, but if any of you know more, or have one, I would appreciate the info or the opportunity to purchase it off of you if you are selling.

Thanks for looking

LEGO Minifigure Factory – Print your own Minifig – Wanted

If you have one or more of these figures or any other varieties, please contact me at shawn@minifigpriceguide.com to let me know if you would be willing to share pictures, or to trade it or to sell it.  I am interested in finding more information about these!

It looks like we have three figures displayed here.  “I Luv CPH”, “Copenhagen Rocks” and a figure with someones name on it, “Diana”

Most information is sourced from a now deadlink here from a FaceBook post by Facebook user Jens Hjorth here  .  Jens said that this was a project that he was working on for over 18 months!

Back in June of 2018, a few people and sites posted of this Minifigure  Factory that was having a test run over in the Lego Store in Copenhagen.  Specifically on June 18th, 2018.  I have waited to post on this to try to learn more information and to try to locate one of the minifigures to do a review.  However, by search has not been successful and I am  making a wanted post in order to find additional minifigures or pictures and to ask for your help.  Please contact me at shawn@minifigpriceguide.com if you have any further information.

From what I can read, the factory has the capacity to print 25 minifigures at a time.  It appears that you take a number, design your figure and then wait for the batch of 25 to be completed while you shop in the store.  It appears that the machine or an employee then flips the figures over to print the other side  🙂   Based on a little more research per CandidBricks, it looks like this machine is most likely a Roland DG UV Printer in some variation similar to this one here.  According to HothBricks, it is a Roland Versa UV printer.  See here

I am very hopeful that they decide to launch this worldwide, but I find it doubtful that they will decide that this is lucrative?  It seems like too much floor space for a product that will take a while to print and sell for $5 bucks in my opinion.  However, if I was smart, I would get a printer and put one of these in the mall right outside of a Lego store.  Probably a good idea if it is profitable.  People would probably also spend $10 bucks for this?

From everything that I could read, it appears that they set this up in the store for 2-3 days and for a cost of about $5 USD or 30DKK, you could print out a variety of custom minifigures based on some pre-selected designs!  It also appears that you could change the designs on the front and the back and that you could choose the color of the ink in some or all designs?    From the picture below you can see part of at least 6 designs that the machine had.  You can also see another design on two instagram posts that I linked below.
