I heard that this was being released today and I went ahead and ordered it for store pickup at target today.  They texted me about an hour later saying that it was ready for pickup after a short wait at the service counter, I am now the proud owner of thei Target Exclusive DVD wiht the Exclusive Bain Minifigure.  I also now have one more extra Bain Minifigure as well, but I am sure that I will find a use for it.

The figure comes packed inside the box not as a plastic instert like the Batzarro Batman figure from a few weeks ago.  I am guessing that this is to keep people from stealing the minifigure.   The front of the box does have a picture of the two minifigures that you will be receiving.

Nothing special about the back of the box other than another picture of the minifigures.  I typically sell the DVD on ebay as I have already seen the movie and I am just interested in the minifigure anyways.  🙂

Inside of the box, you get the DVD and the two minifigures inside of a clear plastic bag.

One thing worth noting is that it looks like the Bain figure is inserted into a plastic holder and that they originally planned on showing him on the outised of the box.  They must have chickened out after the figure was made.  You can also see that it looks just like the leaked image that we say a few months ago here.

And finally, here are front and back pictures of the two minifigures.  The only exclusive in this DVD package is the Bain Minifigure.  It is also the very last Hobbit / Lord of the Rings minifigure ever, which is very very sad.
