It appears to be an Asian exclusive of some sort and it appears to be Batman in a Tiger Suit.  Possibly a movie opening polybag?  We will have to wait and see?

We saw the Tiger suit Batman earlier in this poster here.  If anyone knows where this poster is from, I would appreciate a PM.  I cannot find it anywhere.  See here and here
