Found one over on ebay and did a little research for the source.  It appears that these are being given away with donation over here at Buchanan Galleries in the UK.   The donation benefits Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity

Lego Bugatti Chiron Promo Minifigure 6270308.  This must be a promo giveaway with purchase.  If anyone has more details, please share with me.   I found this over on eBay here.  Released in Milan ( San Babila Lego store ) during presentation of Bugatti Chiron 1:1 Lego Made in August 2018.

I do not know much about this set yet.  I am assuming that this set is a gift with purchase at the Barcelona store?  If anyone has further details, please let me know.  Lego 40485 and it contains 178 pieces.  I am hoping that they are printed and not stickers.   This is just after the announcement of the Lego Creator Expert 10284 Camp Nou Stadium set showing up on eBay here.  See pictures below.

Found this also on eBay below.   This set looks to be over 5000 pieces and it should be released in September or October.

Lego Store HangZhou 1 Year Anniversary Minifigure coming July 10th 2021,  I assume that we should see quite a few of these showing up on eBay here once these are passed out.  If anyone knows the purchase requirement, please message me.  See listings on eBay here

The HangZhou store opened in June of last year.  Located at Hubin, a vibrant shopping and entertainment centre in the city, the 527-square-meter flagship store offers an immersive and playful LEGO brand experience for shoppers. This is something new that showed up on eBay this week.  The figure looks to be legit and I am interested to see if any more of these show up.  It is basically a common torso with “Lego.com” printed on the back of the torso.

Some readers are guessing that this is an internal Lego Education minifigure created for some event by a Lego employee, but I have not heard any official information on this one that is credible.   The eBay user that posted this figure even contacted Lego to see if they knew anything more about the figure.  I found this over on eBay here.

A quick look at bricklink shows that this torso minus the arms is on about 23 minifigures.

From what I have found, these are limited to 3500 sets.  Looks to have the Lego Log on the reverse side, but I am not 100% certain.  You can see multiple sets here on eBay 

I originally heard that these were limited to 400 sets, so I was a little worried about getting a set.  Now that I know it is 3500, that takes some of the pressure off of these.

I am saving these pics so they do not disappear.   I was not able to get any of these yesterday, but I will try  eBay after they start to show up!  These were sold on Citizen Brick Day 8 yesterday 4/24/2021
