Just saw a few more pictures posted up on Facebook here.  The box Art and the minifigure packages.

Lego 71020 – Well, at least the official flyer has been spotted.  It was just here over on reddit by user hiroki1998

The look Awesome!  ALso, they should be easy to pick out as most of them have a pretty unique accessory.

These are supposed to be released in January 2018, so we should be seeing the minifigure packets shortly.  Here is the list of the characters.  Sorry folks, no St. Batrick’s Day Batman yet…. or Samurai minifigure….

EDIT:  Another of these showed up on eBay and it has a different figure as well.  I have heard a rumor that they all have different figures modeled after the person that they were sent to.  See here

“This is a Limited Edition rare Lego box set. It was sent to members of the Hollywood Foreign Press to promote the Lego Batman movie For Your Consideration for the Golden Globes. ”

According to the listing , this set was sent to about 96 people as part of a promotion for the Golden Globes.  The set looks really interesting and I am wondering if it has an exclusive minifigure in it.  I do not recognize all of these.  It is possible that it is just the torso on the one female figure.

I just saw this over on these three reddit threads.  here and here and  here .  lol.   If you look down, you can also see a few of the January 2018 promos as well including the 60th Anniversary set.

So the Downtown Diner looks to be an Art Deco Themed building and it appears to have a boxing gym or dance studio on the second floor.   The outdoor stairwell looks fun and I cannot wait to see the interior as well.  We should see the full set tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM.  You can also see a little more detail in this photo as well.  see here

Check out the “Diner” lettering as well.  We was this set posted on a bunch of sites a few weeks ago when someone posted a crumpled up pic of this set on a chinese site, but no one was sure if this was real.  Now it looks like it is for sure.

Here is the full Calendar.  Notice the 60th Anniversary set as well.  I cannot quite make out the number.  However, it does look like it is a combo of these four iconic sets.

I loved the first Deadpool movie and I am sure that the second one will be just as funny.  I recently watched the new Teaser for the Deadpool 2 Movie called and while a little disturbing, I really enjoyed how they made Deadpool look like Bob Ross and I figured that this was a great candidate for a Lego Minifigure remake.

I put together a short video of the parts list and how I made the Whack It minifigure using some fairly common parts if you are a minifigure collector.  🙂 Please check the video out and post a picture if you decide to make your own Whack It minifigure.

The video contains the full parts list and the steps needed.  I also put in a link to the image of the painting so you can complete your display.
